Support And Complaints
NICKNOW handles bot support, server complaints, and related follow-up through its official Discord support server and other operator support channels.
If we receive a support request or complaint, we may process submitted information such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, screenshots or links, issue descriptions, timestamps, and internal review notes. We use this information to provide support, review complaints, protect the platform, address legal or policy concerns, and decide whether action is appropriate.
Contacting support or submitting a complaint does not guarantee action, a personal response, or a particular outcome.
Retention And Deletion
Retention varies by data type. Some operational records are retained for shorter windows, while active account, configuration, and security-related records may remain as needed for service delivery, abuse prevention, legal handling, or security follow-up.
Signed-in deletion requests remove substantial operator-controlled account data, but do not remove data controlled by Discord or other third parties. This policy does not promise immediate deletion from backups, replicas, or disaster-recovery copies.

Some information is controlled by Discord, and some server-related decisions are controlled by the relevant server owner or admins. If a request concerns Discord-controlled data or server-admin-controlled choices rather than operator-controlled records, we may direct the requester to the relevant party.
If applicable law gives you a right to complain to a supervisory authority or regulator, you may use that route.
International Transfers
NICKNOW is a global service. Personal data may be processed outside your country, including in the documented hosting region and through global providers used to operate the service.
Final transfer posture depends on actual production vendors, configured regions, and contractual safeguards in use at launch.
Children And Age Limits
NICKNOW is designed for Discord communities and administration use. It is not directed to children under 13, and users should also meet higher age requirements that may apply under Discord rules or local law.
